FLORIDA HOME SALES KEEP SLIDING<\/strong>\u2026Why could they not headline the positive  news that \u201c<strong>IN AUGUST 2007 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES RISE 4% &amp; CONDO PRICES RISE BY 5%.<\/strong>\u201d in Miami-Dade County.  In other words, real estate is holding value.  And in a month or two when the temperatures drop well below freezing up North, Midwest and Europe property values will increase even more.<\/p>\n<p>My response to the Miami Herald is\u2026<strong>THE GLASS IS MORE THAN HALF FULL AND WE HAVE THE GOLD AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW<\/strong>.  I took this picture Wednesday evening in Coconut Grove looking across Biscayne Bay to Key Biscayne.  Next question\u2026How do I declare a pot of gold on my IRS 2007 tax return?
