There are currently 5 single family home and 8 condo\u00a0foreclosure listings in Coral Gables. Three condo foreclosure listings\u00a0have gone into contract this year, while the number of REO single family homes that have gone pending is 5.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In both the single family and condo categories, foreclosures have accounted for close to 12% of total sales in 2010.\u00a0<\/p>\n
