Number one: The supply of distressed properties is limited. Number two: Short sales are not for everyone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">SHORT SALE (NO CLOSINGS APRIL-NOV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2565\" src=\"http:\/\/realestatecoral.com\/files\/2010\/02\/TGChartImage-18-1024x853.jpg\" alt=\"TGChartImage-18\" width=\"442\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"line-height: normal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2580\" src=\"http:\/\/realestatecoral.com\/files\/2010\/02\/TGChartImage-21-1024x853.jpg\" alt=\"TGChartImage-21\" width=\"442\" height=\"369\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;font-size: xx-small\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">It is a great time to buy a home in Coral Gables and the majority of buyers are purchasing non-distressed properties. If we look at the month of January 2010, we can see that 6 REO properties went into contract and 1 closed. Only 5 short sales went pending and 3 closed.
