4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/a><\/strong>Foreclosures are hitting more people with good credit <\/a>due to the rise in unemployment.\u00a0 This week the unemployment rate reached 11.2% only .5% lower than the highest rate in May of 1975 of 11.9%<\/strong><\/p>\n

This sounds like doom and gloom, but as with every negative situation the person who sees the glass half full and not half empty will make the most of the situation and turn the negative into a positive.<\/strong><\/p>\n
