{"id":23757,"date":"2009-08-06T11:00:05","date_gmt":"2009-08-06T11:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/therealestatemango.com\/2009\/08\/06\/about-and-around-aventura\/"},"modified":"2019-04-23T20:55:53","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T20:55:53","slug":"about-and-around-aventura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ewmrealestate.com\/blog\/about-and-around-aventura\/","title":{"rendered":"About and Around Aventura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today, I met an investor for lunch at <strong>The Cheesecake Factory <\/strong>in Aventura Mall, always a good place to go for a quick and fresh meal but today there was an <strong>extra! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My waiter informed me that <strong>Kate Gosselin<\/strong> with two body guards and four children were dining in the back of the restaurant and although I scurried back there to see, I could not find her table, so, alas, I have to say I heard about the event but\u00a0did not see it with my own eyes.\u00a0 Obviously, Aventura is on the map and a place to see!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Apple store in the Mall<\/strong> has the biggest draw.\u00a0 I waited on line to inspect the computers when I was there last week.\u00a0 If you want to see what people are buying, that is one indicator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aventura Mall <\/strong>was filled with people, today which is a good sign that businesses are getting more sales and people are out spending some money, again.\u00a0\u00a0 The Mall is another great reason to live in this city.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, I met an investor for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory in Aventura Mall, always a good place to go for a quick and fresh meal but today there was an extra!
