{"id":19557,"date":"2009-04-27T06:52:57","date_gmt":"2009-04-27T06:52:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/therealestatemango.com\/2009\/04\/27\/a-retirement-visa\/"},"modified":"2019-04-23T20:56:18","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T20:56:18","slug":"a-retirement-visa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ewmrealestate.com\/blog\/a-retirement-visa\/","title":{"rendered":"A Retirement Visa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I just read about this idea, this morning, and I thought I would discuss it here on the Mango.\u00a0 This is a\u00a0exciting new concept, issuing visas for people who qualify age wise and income wise, to come to Florida to retire.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that a <a title=\"Retirement Visa\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ocala.com\/article\/20090426\/OPINION\/904269993\/1001\/News01?Title=-Retirement-visa-would-help-revive-real-estate-industry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Retirement Visa<\/a> would help Florida disproportionally to any other state in the union.\u00a0 Almost 30% of all real estate transactions in Florida are with international buyers!<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Retirement Visa<\/strong> would be a great help to Florida, a state that depends on foreign buyers for\u00a0its&#8217; real estate industry which in this downturn has suffered enormously.\u00a0 It would create thousands of jobs both in the building industry, the restaurant industry, and all retail sales. The tax base would increase.\u00a0\u00a0After all, the building industry, plans for the foreign buyer in all its concepts.
