I don\u2019t feel like cooking tonight, any thoughts?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSure, I have to go down to the next building to pick my suit for Bob\u2019s wedding this weekend, they\u2019re having a grand opening sale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTerrific, I\u2019ll go accross to Bombay to buy their wedding gift, then cross the street to West Elm to buy the pillows we liked for our new living room set from Rooms To Go\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sounds great! Why don\u2019t we meet at Chili\u2019s for dinner in 45 minutes, on the corner of Kendall Dr. and Main street. We can get some desert at Panera Bread on our way back upstairs!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s a date!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Such a conversation could be overheard on a typical evening by a young executive couple coming home fro<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ewmrealestate.com\/blog\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/09\/dscn01861.JPG\" alt=\"Downtown Dadeland\" align=\"right\" height=\"289\" width=\"385\" \/>m a day at work. Upon arrival, he parks his car in assigned parking space underneath their building, as she has taken the metrorail home from work and walks home. They enter the elevator with their security keycard up to their floor and come home to their luxury newly constructed condo at <a href=\"http:\/\/downtowndadeland.com\">Downtown Dadeland<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Isn&#8217;t it wonderful to be able to come home and take a leisurely stroll around the block, have dinner, do a little shopping, or just sit in the beautiful courtyard and do a little people watching!<\/p>\n<p>Ahhh!
