The property, which is not distressed (short sale or foreclosure) has been on the market for less than a month. The last sale of a unit on the same line, which enjoys great water views, closed in late December 2008 for $417,500.<\/p>\n<p>Another interesting price revision was that of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit at Courts Brickell Key. Unit #1909 was recently re-listed as a short sale for $450,000, making it probably the most attractive 3 bedroom offering in Brickell Key. The unit faces SE, and enjoys some of the best views available in the building.
