Ocean Drive\u00a0\u00a0in Hollywood Florida. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Unlike\u00a0many condo buildings on the beach, the Summit is uniquely healthy and stable financially.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"> About the Summit<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">As a Realtor\u00a0and Summit owner since the building was built in 1981, I\u2019ve seen a lot of cycles in the Florida real estate market. We are all aware of our current market conditions, not only in South Florida, but globally, and not only in real estate but in all industries. With that said, I am happy to report that Summit condo sales are moving quite well, in sharp contrast to many other buildings on the Beach.<span> I<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;font-family: Calibri\">n the past year alone, from Jan-Dec, <span> <\/span>2008 : <strong>19 units were sold<\/strong>, according to MLS data.
