The city is sometimes referred to as <strong>Little Moscow<\/strong> because of its many Russian and Russian-descended (Russian American) residents. It is a booming resort area and developers such as Donald Trump have invested heavily in construction of high-rise hotels and condominiums.<\/font><\/font><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><strong><img src=\"https:\/\/www.ewmrealestate.com\/blog\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/08\/ar118825940139744.jpg\" alt=\"ar118825940139744.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/font><\/font><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">Close to half of the residents of Sunny Isles Beach\u2019s condos \u2013Winston Towers, Pinnacle, Sands Point, Oceania I, II and III are Russians. Nearly every Russian celebrity has a home in Sunny Isles Beach.<\/font><\/font><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">There are several Russian grocery stores on Collins Avenue.
