According to Polk County: Good Work, Great Life (A Polk County publication http:\/\/www.polk-county.net\/<\/a>) “Over the past decade, personal income growth in Polk County has outpaced inflation.”<\/p>\n

In March of 2006, the Turnpike Enterprise went public with plans for two more highway systems, the Heartland Coast to Coast running from the East Coast (Ft. Pierce area) to the West Coast (Palmetto area) and the Heartland Parkway running from SE of Cape Coral to Polk County and branching off to just SE of Plant City, FL. Both have been proposed and are in the feasibility study period.<\/p>\n

Posner Commons is the blue shaded area just to the left of the land we have for sale and it is going to really<\/strong> put Polk County on the map. As if it isn’t already, with GE running a marketing campaign that features their work in the Polk County area!<\/p>\n
