All property owners in Miami-Dade will have an important choice to make on November 4th. For the first time in the history of Miami-Dade County voters will choose their Property Appraiser. The property appraiser sets the assessed value on which your home or any other property is taxed. The choice you make in this race can have a significant impact on your finances.<\/p>\n

The Greater Miami Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, in conjunction with the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB) is proud to present the Property Appraiser Candidates Forum.<\/p>\n

For the first time ever<\/strong>, the Property Appraiser in Miami-Dade County will be an elected office and the voters will decide who will hold that office on November 4th.\u00a0 The four candidates for Property Appraiser are:<\/p>\n
