Please take a moment to read this Blog – You could help save a Life!\u00a0 I am currently training for the Walt Disney Marathon in January with a group called Team in Training.\u00a0 Every Saturday we meet at\u00a0 6:00 AM to train our bodies to walk or run the 26 miles.\u00a0 Every week we push ourselves a little bit more to go further and faster.\u00a0 This past Saturday we reached the 7 Mile\u00a0mark – only 19 more to go!<\/p>\n

This experience has been both physically and mentally challenging.\u00a0 As I walk with my group every Saturday\u00a0I hear many stories of how this terrible disease has touched my teammates lives.\u00a0 Some are survivors, others\u00a0have only\u00a0begun their fight, some\u00a0have family members struggling to live and others have survived the loss loved ones.<\/p>\n

I have made a commitment for my own time and effort, but I have also committed to raise $2,500.00 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.\u00a0 I am asking for your help to reach that goal.\u00a0 Please take a moment to go to my personal fundraising page at\u00a0http:\/\/pages.teamintraining.org\/sfl\/wdw09\/mvillamar<\/a> and make a donation.\u00a0 I appreciate any support that you can give towards this wonderful cause that will hopefully, some day, end the suffering and loss caused by this devastating disease.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
