Right now we are in a market where there is lots of activity, but you better be ready to react quickly. Buyers are fickle and are jumping right on to something else if they are not getting what they want, or getting it fast enough.<\/p>\n<p>We have had two offers in the past couple of weeks that seemed like standing offers, meaning the buyer wanted the house if the seller ever came around to their terms. In both situations, the seller ultimately decided to work with the buyer, but the buyers had already set their sites on different houses.
