With the use of our personalized tools which allows us to match listings and buyers together, we were able to assist several of our clients without the hassle of taking too much of their time or showing them listings that wouldn\u2019t match their needs. This philosophy, as per our opinion, carries over in Downtown Miami\u2019s current condos for sale\u00a0in the 33132 zip code, which showed <strong>19 properties sold in February<\/strong>\u00a0and continues\u00a0the pattern that has stayed constant in the last 3 months.
