If you\u2019ve closely followed the <a href=\"http:\/\/themiamiobserver.com\/real-estate-market-report-downtown-miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">latest reports<\/a> I\u2019ve done in the area then chances are you\u2019re probably already aware that we currently are at a Buyer\u2019s market as sellers (especially investors) that bought during the downturn are seizing the opportunity to cash out on current profits. While \u00a0nearby markets such as Coconut Grove are still facing <a href=\"http:\/\/therealestatecoconut.com\/2016\/03\/inventory-in-coconut-grove-remains-low\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shortages of inventory<\/a>, especially with single families below $1,000,000, \u00a0we currently have <strong>37.5 <\/strong>months of inventory available.
