WESTON
BONAVENTURE COUNTRY CLUB is located in Weston and is a public golf course. The course was created by well known designer Joe Lee. You have a choice between the East or West course, both 18 holes. The East course has been newly renovated, new cart paths, new greens, etc. and the signature 18th hole holds a top hole rating in the State of Florida. Bonaventure is a top shelf golf club and includes Grill, Restaurant, Room, and Bar. There is an on-site pro and clinics for instruction. WESTON HILLS COUNTRY CLUB is also located in Weston but is a private golf course. Golf may be played on either the Tour or Players courses, both 18-holes. WHCC was created by world renowned designer Robert Trent Jone Jr. The club has played host to such events as the Honda Classic and Dan Marino’s Celebrity Invitational. WHCC is a plush environment where events, dining, and full amenities compliment the golf experience.
DAVIE
ARROWHEAD GOLF CLUB is a public golf course located just around the corner from highways 595 and 95. The course was professionally designed by infamous Bill Watts. Like most of these golf courses, they are open year round and provide an on-site pro, clubhouse amenities, pro shop, and more. ARROWHEADs 18-hole course works for every occassion… the golfer who may wish to just drive by and pick up a game or, if its late, the aqua lit driving range might be a therpuetic activity for the end of a day.
GRANDE OAKS GOLF CLUB is a private golf course and is best known as the former golf course, Rolling Oaks, host to the set of the original movie “Caddy Shack” starring Chevy Chase. The course is a private par 71, 18-hole course that offers a teaching academy at the driving range almost daily. The location is very convenient off University Drive, very close to highway 595 and 95. GRANDE OAKS also offers clubhouse amenities and a fully stocked pro shop. You can finish play by noon and make it to the airport by 12:15pm.
