A “Farm Park” will be located on the land at the northwest corner of Shotgun and South Post Roads, According to the Davie Town Council who approved a Resolution in favor of The Trust for Public Land’s plan to purchase the 54 acre Ryan property, located across from RiverStone, for eventual use as a unique “Farm Park”. it will be several years before any activity takes place. In the meantime, the land will continue to be used for grazing.

In conclusion, having built a home in this Community from the ground up, I would not hesitate to recommend this Community based on the quality of construction and of course the wonderful people who have chosen to live there.
