The say numbers don’t lie and here is what the numbers tell:
Total closed sales of single family homes in The Roads jumped from 34 in 2010 to 45 in 2011 (over 25% increase). Most impressive is that this increase is not due to incentivizing lower prices but appears with higher closed prices! In 2010 the average closing came in around $135 x SF while for 2011 it rose to $162 x SF. This increase in value is music to seller’s ears.
