Florida’s tax free holiday starts at 12:01 AM, Friday, August 13 and ends at midnight Sunday, August 15th. The holiday targets modestly priced clothing 
and items typically used by students however, id’s will not be required when making your purchase. Tax will not be collected on clothing, books, footwear and accessories priced $50 or less per item. In addition, tax will not be charged on certain school supplies priced at $10 or less. Please be careful when making your purchase because under the rule somethings are covered and somethings are not, for examples scissors are covered but staplers are not.
