I remember when this lot made it to the news a few years back after selling at a record $125 million to Riverwalk East Developments LLC, a company under the ownership of Argentinian businessman Alfredo Coto. The head of one of Argentina’s most important supermarket chains, Coto Supermarkets, this proposal represents Mr. Coto’s first major venture in the Miami’s development market. Two years later, details of Epic East’s replacement are now revealed.
