Born and raised in South Miami, Brooke Padron is the second of three sisters. From a
young age, she demonstrated a strong fascination for homes, home renovation, and décor. But before deciding to make real estate her career, she experimented with other areas that eventually became her hobbies.
After graduating from Miami Palmetto Senior High, Brooke began working at a local gym. She became intrigued by the work of personal trainers and eventually decided to study nutrition in hopes of becoming a trainer some day. However, her passion for cooking overcame her. She then decided to attend culinary school with the intent of some day opening her own catering business. “I soon realized that my strengths lie in helping others – and my primary love language is acts of service!”
Around the time that she began to realize that she preferred cooking for leisure purposes, her uncle, a Real Estate agent, suggested she explore the field. Brooke realized that being able to exercise her “gift” of service on a grander scale by exploring the Real Estate industry. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2011. “I get excited finding homes for families. The idea that I had a part in helping to shape the memories they will create in their new home is the reason that I get satisfaction from my work.”
Brooke enjoys cooking, exercising, and visiting the Keys. “I love the South Florida lifestyle – in the Keys, I spend time with family and friends as we all enjoy boating, fishing, snorkeling, wake boarding, jet skiing and tubing. However, my true passion is finding beautiful homes.”
