Listed June 4th with Javier Gonzalez from Re/Max for $599,000, the home went under contract with numerous offers in 4 days, ultimately selling 5% above the asking price. This is one of 5 non-distressed sales in the Gables/Grove/Pinecrest areas selling above the asking price in the past 2 months! This week alone, two non-distressed properties in the EWM Gables office went under contract significantly above the asking price, one of which I listed just last week! We had tons of activity and 6 offers within 48 hours of putting it in the MLS, ultimately accepting a contract above the asking price. It’s great to see this type of activity, especially on non-short sale and non-foreclosure homes!
