Do you love barbeque & ribs? Than you won’t to miss this year’s Miami-Dade Parks Ribfest 2007 happening November 2-4, 2007 at Homestead Air Reserve Park located at Moody Drive (268 St.) and SW 122 Ave., Homestead, FL.
Having Southern roots, we love good barbeque and it’s been hard to find down here in South Florida. Last year however, my husband and I heard about the Ribfest in Homestead and decided to make the drive. Boy were our tummies happy we did! My mouth is watering just recalling how wonderful the barbeque sandwiches were. They were so delicious in fact we found ourselves buying some to take home. Whether you like your ribs & barbeque…sweet, spicy or smoky…they’ve got it all, one booth right after another.
There were also lots of fun activities for the family and kids including a line-up of bands and vocalists throughtout each day. For a relaxing way to enjoy great food and our amazing South Florida weather, you might want to consider this 3-day Ribfest. This year we’re bringing family and friends with us. Hope to see ya there…partner!
