The first building in the sprawling Met Miami development is nearly complete with closing projected for late fall of this year. Met 1, the 447 unit tower will feature lofts, tower suites and penthouses with amazing views of the city and Biscayne Bay. This first phase is nearly sold out with just a small handful of developer units still available.
Next to Met1, the Met2 building will start to rise in the coming weeks. Crews have been hard at work creating the foundation for the building. Met2 is the first new class A office tower to be built north of the river in decades. It will share a parking platform with a Marriot Marquis Hotel; the pinnacle of the JW Marriot Brand. This new 5 star hotel will feature a DB Bistro by Daniel Boulud.
Daniel was named “Outstanding Restaurateur” in May 2006 by the James Beard Foundation. The creativity, energy and personal attention apparent in each of Daniel’s restaurants and gourmet products are surpassed only by his generosity and sense of community.
