Designed by one of the world’s leading architectural firms specializing in hotels and resorts, Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the 396-room Miami Met Marquis, will offer a new interpretation of modern luxury and design fusing ultra-luxury guest rooms and suites, restaurants, retail, and office spaces in a contemporary setting. Miami Met Marquis will also be home to one of Miami’s most talked about new restaurants—Chef Daniel Boulud’s DB Bistro Moderne. DB Bistro Moderne will be a casual yet polished spot where traditional French cuisine meets the flavors of the American market to create a modern French-American bistro.
“The Miami Met Marquis is the perfect venue to launch a new DB Bistro Moderne,” says Boulud. “Choosing a restaurant location is a bit of an art. You have to be sure to put the right concept in the right space. DB Bistro Moderne is very urban and has the right feel for the renaissance that downtown Miami is undergoing.”
