Better late than never…. Last week’s brokers open tour was educational and a bit exciting. I had the opportunity to go out and about with Luisa Mendoza from our EWM Coconut Grove office and visit a few of our most attractive listings currently available in the South Coral Gables and Coconut Grove Real Estate area. During our tour we discussed how the recently passed Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 may affect properties in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.
