No joke. This professionally furnished and decorated three bedroom two and a half bath model unit is located in a terrific Sunrise condominium community and it’s offered at $299,000. We were sold with the kitchen and the closet alone. (Just a note: we counted 29 pairs of shoes – and those are only the ones we can see. There are probably more shoes hidden behind the shirts on the left. Once again, we have a serious case of closet envy!) Of course, we also fell in love with the Saturnia marble floors, beautifully appointed master suite and screened balcony. Did we mention the wood plantation shutters?
