EWM has had an office in the Brickell area for 7 years on Brickell Key……I loved my little tucked away office.
But we just finished moving to our new location at Mary Brickell Village, visible from Miami Avenue.
The office is absolutely beautiful, complete with conference room and his and her 
restrooms. (Thank goodness.)
We have lots of space and a real kitchen. I especially like all the windows and the fact we can use our cell phones inside now.
No more running to the front exit!
But the best part has to be location, location, location. We are neighboring Perricones Market and just steps from Starbucks, PF Changs, Fedex-Kinkos, Vertigo, Blue Martini (only for after hours of course), and so many more. Imagine having lunch, happy hour, shopping, dinner, and great coffee all without needing a car. We are so close to everything I can only imagine how many Realtors will want to join us when the word gets out. There is already so much activity in this new village that it is really energizing. It’s truly the greatest thing to happen to our little group and I can’t wait to see how things will turn out.
