MIAMI (December 14, 2007) – Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors® Commercial Division Manager, Debra Spadafora has been appointed as the Vice Chair of the Florida Association of Realtors’® (FAR) Realtors® Commercial Alliance (RCA).
“Debra was clearly the right choice for this position,” says Cynthia Shelton, FAR President Elect for 2008. “Her knowledge of the industry and strong organizational skills combined with her background at a large real estate company and her involvement in various associations makes her the perfect person for this position. We are thrilled to have her on our team.”
The RCA grants members the opportunity to meet and discuss pertinent issues and matters that affect their business and their ability to do business. The RCA also provides a mechanism for input to FAR regarding the development of programs, products and services as it relates to the commercial membership.
At EWM Spadafora manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial division. The long-time commercial real estate veteran has served on numerous state and national committees, councils and work groups with the real estate community, including time as the Executive Vice President of the Commercial Realtors Alliance for the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. During her tenure the organization’s membership doubled from 400 to more than 1,000 real estate professionals.
