As of this morning there are approximately 436 homes on the market in Coral Gables. These homes range in price from $220,000 to $23 million. Of these 436 homes, 11 of them are priced above $10 million. As for the pending sales, there are 84 ranging in price from $196,00o to $5.995 million. Last but not least are the closed sales, which I am happy to report are approaching last years total sales. In 2009 Coral Gables sold $364 million worth of inventory and as of today there has been $326 million in closed sales. The chart below will give you a better idea of the market for 2010.
