These figures indicate a remarkable 4% increase in sales in the current 90 days closing sales compared to the first 90 days closing sales. And when you compare the active properties to the current 90 days and first 90 days, an even more interesting trend emerges. There are currently 25 active 3 bedroom properties for sale in Coral Gables, with an average listing price/Sq. Ft. of $343. This average listing price/Sq.
