University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park hosted the AT&T Mobile App Hackathon. One cool app that caught my eye was designed for Sphero, a moving ball controlled from a smart phone. The app directed the Sphero to measure a room send the dimensions to the phone. When I preview properties for buyers, it would be great to be able to send them the dimensions of the rooms along with my video. So many times buyers will be with me and wonder if a piece of furniture would fit. We could let Sphero roll and give us the answer.
