Location, location, location! December will mark 20 years for me in The Magic City. Back then I remember telling all my buyers that Brickell Avenue was the best location in Miami because you were always just 15 minute from everywhere. With the advent of Mary Brickell Village places like Perricones, Provence Grill, River Oyster Bar and Tobacco Raod all look like geniuses as the world has beaten a path to their door. The skyline is changing rapidly and people are moving into the city almost as fast. This makes the oldies even more goodies.
