I admit I love to shop! I do not care what I am shopping for or even if I make a purchase. I sincerely love to browse & find great deals. I guess this is why after years of taking Buyers to find the right home, I still love it!It is without suprise that my favorite shopping day is Black Friday! For those of you new to the term, Black Friday, it is the day after Thanksgiving where retailers put out some of the season’s best sales. Years ago, this meant that I was trying to purchase the newspaper in the wee hours on Friday morning or hoping the retailers would release their ads on Thanksgiving. I would hunt & compare one ad promotion to the other, so that I could map which stores to visit first. However thanks to technology & retail insiders, there are websites where we can get information on the planned sales & even download scans of the ads, weeks in advance. So my gift to fellow shoppers, this holiday shopping season, is a link to my favorite Black Friday website – www.bfads.net Enjoy!I have found this site to be the most informative & stress-free way to figure out if you should stand in a long line at Toys R Us, Best Buy or sleep in. I will comment that this year I am less than impressed with some of the sales, particularly toys, but if you are in the market for a TV or computer is this a great day to shop.By the way many retailers also have online sales the Monday after Thanksgiving called Cyber Monday. I never find these sales to be as great as the store sales, but always worth browsing when you can do it from your computer.
