Sales in Aventura are showing signs of a slight increase in price since January 2010. As you can see, prices were a little higher in April and May and then settled down a bit in June.
As long as there is a steady increase, that shows progress. There were incentives in April such as the $8500 tax refund for properties bought before the end of April.
