For the beautiful simplicity of its construction and for the level of luxury, this is true. 1000 Museum will be the most exclusive and luxurious building in Miami. The exoskeleton, manufactured in Dubai and assembled in Miami, eliminates the interior columns that support other towers. The result is an openness in the interior spaces that is rarely achieved. The material of the exoskeleton acts as a prism, refracting light, much in the way jewels do, so the play of the natural light from the sky at different times of day will be striking. Pritzer Prize winning architect, Zaha Hadid has designed every detail, down to the handles on the cabinets. The units are delivered finished, including flooring, rather than “decorator ready”. The 62 floor tower is now completing the 34th floor, with delivery scheduled for the last Quarter of 2018. Currently the sale prices are at about $1500 per square foot. Zaha Hadid resided part-time in Miami.
