This weekend I took a drive to the Florida Keys to do some exploring around my new listing, 233 Normandy Drive. About 10 minutes north of this charming home is a hidden gem. The Key Largo Conch House Restaurant has a very causal “Keys like” atmosphere yet, a divine menu. I had an unforgettable meal, it started with their award winning conch fritters made with chopped conch, veggies and a hint of curry. For my main course I ordered the restaurant’s lobster special; Half a lobster tail stuffed with their decedent crab cakes served with butter, roasted veggies. YUM! To end this delightful meal I tried The Conch House’s well deserved, award winning, key lime pie. I could not imagine a better way to end such an amazing day in the sunny Florida Keys.
