Although Multi-family housing starts declined 13.3% the opposite happened to Single-Family with an increase of 1.7% to an annual pace of 490,000 units, adding to the big jump of up to 18% from June.
We maybe still a long way from the average or the peaks we witnessed in the past years, but the numbers are going in the right direction.
