The 2015 edition of the world fair just closed its door in Milan, Italy, after hosting 53 wonderful pavilions from May 1, to October 31. This edition was focused on the importance of sustainability of the planet considering the increasing population that needs to be fed. Over 21 million people crossed those doors and enjoyed the beautiful creation that the 53 participating countries designed and constructed. As per most of these world events the preludes of the organization were nefarious, but fortunately everything turned out to be a success.
Last summer I had the pleasure to visit the fair and I was proud to personally see how my hometown has been able to host such a beautiful and great event promoting so many different culture through their food and their agriculture history, and bringing them together to find ways to help the preservation of our beautiful Planet Earth.
