Today I am a little sad. My owners have decided to leave me to downsize. They take great care of me, but
I’m only 9 years old and will miss their love, laughter and friendship they have shared in all my rooms. I am feeling a little blue, I have never been sold before.

Where am I? I am truly a hidden gem, located on 97th Terrace, just off 107th Avenue in a private enclave of only 12 stately homes and I am at the end of the cul-de-sac.
